El megóhmetro AEMC 6534 es un comprobador digital de resistencia de aislamiento de 100V, portátil y alimentado por batería, está diseñado para medir la resistencia de aislamiento, la continuidad, la resistencia y la tensión. El medidor incorpora un voltímetro RMS verdadero de 700V CA y CC y pruebas de continuidad con una corriente de prueba seleccionable de 20mA o 200mA. El control de seguridad automático protege al usuario y al medidor con señales audiovisuales y la inhibición de la prueba cuando hay más de 25 V en la muestra de prueba. La función de alarma también es estándar. La gran pantalla multifunción digital/analógica proporciona lecturas claras y sencillas, realzadas por una brillante luz de fondo electroluminiscente azul. Un soporte magnético sujeta el medidor a una superficie metálica o a un armario durante la prueba.
